Krishna Padiya
Krishna Padiya is from a small town in the Saurashtra region, Gujarat, India. He left to study fine art at the University of Baroda, Faculty of Fine Arts, an area that had interested him since childhood. He loved to play with clay,but when he began studying he started to explore other mediums as well, with Metal Casting becoming a passion. Currently he is working in metal with stone, wood, ceramics and fiber glass.
In terms of concept, Krishna is exploring mythology, approaching the essence of the subject with new methodologies and ideas. His work embraces desire, aspiration, development, feelings, thoughts, behavior, Karma, and how we relate to one another.
