Art is the aesthetic, the emotional resonance and visceral or intellectual reaction. But beyond these, art is about connections. About communication. Opening up a dialog between divergent voices. Finding commonality and agreement amongst all the noise of difference. These ideas lie at the heart of Bloom's philosophy. Today we added another thread to our web of connectivity and interchange; it is still small, but growing. Arneli Art Gallery in Beirut, Lebanon is a digital platform committed to bringing new artists working in the Middle East to the world's attention, and we are delighted to be working with Dzovig in starting a dialog between Spanish and Middle Eastern artists, curators, galleries and audiences. Some of Arneli's artists will be featured in our virtual exhibition, NEXUS, next month and we hope to see many of their works here in the flesh once our physical space opens next year.

December 21 will be the opening of our first ever exhibition - Nexus. Celebrating connectivity across the Mediterranean, from Spain to Lebanon, the event will be held online, with a panel discussion with artists, interviews, and more. A big thank you to the artists who have committed so far - Karen, Maria, Laura, and Vian. We are really excited about this. It will be the first of many future exhibitions - virtual and in person!
